(no subject)
hmmm so - last week, i was home for spring break, it was good. flew in on monday, ate cici's with my dad and then got home. hung out with the family that night, Richard stopped by in the afternoon. didn't really have a car, as the timing belt snapped on the one i was supposed to use. tried to test its limits, and it barely made it to target smoking. can't pass 20 mph on its own, getting stopped on a hill is rough because going up can't pass 1st gear, 10 mph. anyway, so yeah. watched IT, forgot how long it was, got to bed at 1ish.
that means that tuesday i didn't have much to do, either. dropped my mom off at work and went to the mall to buy some cds, mostly dope's new one but i came back with 7 total. and that was it, really, everybody was working so after i picked up my mom i just hung out at the house with them. Lunch with Amanda laB. for dinner i went to richard's and ate with him and his wife. played rock band until like 11, then i came home and slept.
wednesday i didn't do too much during the day. well, that's not true, i went to the junkyard with my dad to try to get a car frame and a head to an engine, neither of which we came home with. lunch hung around the house again with parents until about 8, maybe 8.30, when went to Kyle's house and hung out with him and Amanda K, went to city walk and ate dinner at hard rock cafe. good times, got back pretty decent hour... well maybe not so much, was pretty late.
thursday, with richard, tried to go see nikki, but nobody was home. got back and hung out with parents. drummed some. Mistie brought over her snake for me to take care of until i left, then parents to take care of, until she gets back from her little cruise. went to justine's and hung out with her for a couple hours before coming back home. anyway, we all had dinner as a family - corned beef and cabbage - and then later on i went out with kyle and amanda again, we watched duplicity. not the greatest. but it was a good time, stopped at steak'n'shake for shakes on the way back, then back home at about 3.30?
friday got up and my great aunt and her friend got in a little after noontime. i got a haircut, then hung out with them. had lunch with mark. dinner went with my mom, aunt and friend, and mistie and fiancee, and we went to red lobster for dinner. good time. came back and hung out with amanda and kyle again.
saturday was my sister's wedding, got up real early to drive up there to help set up. it was a real good time, went well, i'm glad for it. sister looked beautiful. happy for her haha.
sunday i went out to eat breakfast with my parents, aunt and friend, and amanda, at denny's? yeah, denny's. then i left for the airport and got back to west point. vacation over.
now i'm back at west point drowning in homework and waiting until i finish the semester so i can get a break. 'cuz there certainly isn't one until then.
