Shipping Arthur/Merlin is almost like shipping Eroica/Klaus. Looks like fun, but it would never work in canon. Almost because Arthur and Merlin get along and are friends but Klaus would rather die that be in with Eroica. He hates him. XD

But Klaus/Germany is the hottest thing the world!
