(no subject)
so here is my problem. i have that lamp. and it is broken. well, the lamp still works fine, but the threading on the two pieces is the trash, so it does not stay put together. it is kind of a crappy lamp. as you may notice, the lamp is already being held to the base by l brackets and hose clamps.
so anyway, i still like this lamp, and do not want to spend money on a new one if there is a way that i can fix the old one. so i am currently taking suggestions for how to keep the lamp in the upright and locked position.
please bear in mind that i really do not want to have to resort to duct tape.
