So, it's still weird to me that Luke and Lorelai are a couple. If you follow what i say about my 'ships at all, you've probably noticed that i mention feeling like that, uh, constantly. But it's TRUE. I can never, ever adjust. I always go back to thinking about the old days and comparing how things have changed. So when Lorelai calls Luke "the perfect man", i go "ahfafgalkh;g??!" It's fun! You should try it.
HAHA mountie hat. Lasagna king! Luke COOKED for her. It's funny, because he's cooked for her for a billion years. They were so cuuuuute. The past few episodes i've been feeling the way a lot of other people have been, how they're not... really... a couple, like the writers hooked up Luke and Lorelai and then forgot to make them romantic-y. "Okay, they had sex: CHECK. Now back to the usual." Dudes, when i said they would still be the exact same Luke and Lorelai but with benefits, i didn't quite mean it like that. But they were cute again! I LIKED that they kissed for more than .05 seconds. THAT WAS REALLY GOOD. How they lingered and stuff! Nice! Excellent, DO MORE OF THAT. That's what they're supposed to be like, all touchy-feely and stuff! TJ was annoying because of the interruption of the shippiness, but i thought "ES-CA-ROW" was funneeeeeeee, like, every time he said it.
Lane and Zack! I love them, i really do. Lane's "i'll take CARE of the hell hounds" was so cute. Hee. And i love how she's the seasoned master of sneaking around Mama Kim now. Oh, Lane. LOVE.
And, i can't quite believe it myself, but i'm shipping Rory and Logan. GOD HELP ME. It's just, when he bailed her out at the party, right when he showed up i got all happy! And Rory partying with all the boys was adorable, she was like their cute little queen! Aw. (wow, i liked Rory again in this episode. CRIKEY.) Dean leaving was actually pretty sad, how Rory was just standing there in her fancy clothes and jewelry looking sort of like the awkward girl from s1. And then Logan comforting her was so cuuuuuuuuute.
lauranobaka made a crazy comprehensive
post about Rory's love life, and i really think that's how it's working out. Dean and Jess were both wrong for her in different ways, but Logan is stable and intellectually equal to her and just... fits. (also- pretty!) I still hate him for being a jackass to Marty, but other than that, i like him. :D It did make me sad to see Rory stumbling home like a rich party girl from Lorelai's perspective (ouch), but seeing it from Rory's perspective, it was actually understandable and sympathetic, how she was just having a good time with fun guys.
Heyyyyyy, i'm gonna do that photo meme thingie. So, tell me things that you want me to take pictures of, that would be relatively easy to... take, and i'll do it! I'm sure they'll all be boring as crap. But it'll be your fault, because you asked me to take them. HAH.
