I wanted to like FlashForward so badly because of Jack Davenport, but even he - with his own accent and not his American one in Swingtown (which, again, I tried to watch for him!) - can't save it. :-\

HE LEARNED ABOUT LESLIE'S POLITICAL LADIES TO IMPRESS HER.
YES, YES, YES. Dave was so cute, ooooh my god. I was so sad when he said he was leaving! It doesn't make any sense to me! They were so oddly perfect for each other!

(IT STILL HURTS. I STILL WANT HIM TO COME BACK... AGAIN).
If it makes you feel any better, I am still holding out hope that he will return, so talk about not being unable to accept the truth. NO, REALLY, THOUGH, FLOYD THE FLOWER GUY. RETURN, PLEASE.

Also, hellllllllo!

Hellloooooo!

Admittedly, Jack Davenport is one of the best things about Flash Forward. (him and John Cho!) But it just isn't enough. Way, way not enough.

If it makes you feel any better, I am still holding out hope that he will return, so talk about not being unable to accept the truth.

I'm glad i'm not alone in ridiculous wishful thinking. Jason Sudeikis! works! in! the actual 30 Rock! It would be so easy!

(Whoops, I meant "talk about being unable to accept the truth.")

I also really liked Janis! But even Jack D. and John C. and the attractiveness that is Joseph Fiennes just couldn't do it. But at the same time, it's one of those shows that I hope stays on the air long enough that we get some answers, you know? And I kind of "ship" Jack Davenport's character with Sonya Walger's, even though she's married, and...I don't know! They're just both attractive, and basically, I ship Jack Davenport with everybody. *~*I MISS U, NORRINGTON*~*

I know! And he's good friends with Tina Fey! I remember reading an interview where JS talked about how he and his wife (or then-wife, since apparently, they're separted), who writes for the show, were really good couple friends with Tina and her husband? I won't even ask for Liz and Floyd scenes. Even Floyd/Jack scenes would make me happy!

I KIND OF like Janis. I thought her lesbianism was a fitting, slightly unexpected thing, but it was also so badly written that i was like ehhhhhhhhhhhh. And ugh, you know, when the show started i was set to like Joseph Fiennes because i thought he was good-looking, but he is SO AWFUL in this show that i have grown to completely hate his stupid face.

But at the same time, it's one of those shows that I hope stays on the air long enough that we get some answers, you know?

Oh yeah, definitely. The whole reason i'm sticking with it is that i hope they do something more interesting.

Yeah, they especially had some nice moments in the last episode. They have more chemistry than the actual married couple.

I guess I should note that I'm only half watching the show? I don't think I've seen a full episode since the fourth or fifth episode. So, I like(d) Janis at the beginning. I feel like this show had so much potential to be really exciting and clever, but execution-wise, it didn't pan out.

Yeah, they especially had some nice moments in the last episode.
They did. But at the same time, I'm wondering what changed. Hadn't Olivia told Lloyd that they shouldn't be seeing each other (in the sense of having conversations) or something? I thought she was annoyed by him or trying to work on her marriage. I don't know.
