Long ass Political dribble drabble
Ok, so i heard people arguing about the election at work today...... i am not sure really where to jump in at... I will admit that i am not a Bush fan, but I was not a Kerry fan either, and for those of you saying fuck this nader lovin bitch , i wasnt a nader fan either. I dont really know this year, i know that i didnt want Bush to win and when people ask me why, i have to answer in the most simple way i can, not the economy (even though i dont like paying 3.00 a gallon for gas) not his stance on gay marriage (love is enough for me, but then again not all workplaces offer things like same sex benefits like mine), the fact of the matter is that i didnt want Bush to win simply because the fact that my boyfriend is in the active reserve national guard and the rest of his troup was sent to iraq a couple of months ago, and i am scared to death with the election behind him Bush will push for even more troups to be sent to Iraq and the only thing that means anything to me in the world will be taken away from me, but its over now......and there is nothing i can do but pray........and hope to God that Bush suprises me and turns out to be the best president we have ever had...........i know that some of the people at work would love to see him fall on his face...but for our sake i hope he suprisses them.
