Been along time.......
It's been forever since I have updated this thing. Usually out on myspace.
We have just moved into a three bedroom house with a basement and a huge back yard for the kids and dogs to play in. Hopefully next year, we will be able to build a 2 1/2 car garage and still have a ton of room left. We bought a bank foreclosure for DIRT cheap. Only needed the basic city upgrades, i.e. garbage disposal, smoke alarms in each bedroom, etc., had no interior damage whatsoever. Only needed a fresh coat of paint and window treatments and was ready to move in. So for the past 4-5 days we have been moving into this place. Everything is all set up, just a few odds and ends left at the old place. It's in a great neighborhood and best thing is the kids didn't have to change schools. I enrolled them in school of choice with the intention of moving into the district and it worked out great.
Kids are doing well. Tony is now 9 and Tyler is 5. Both are going excellent in school. Tyler is starting speech therapy in school to help in that area. He can be really hard to understand at times and likes to switch letters at the beginning of the word. Like he switches "F's" with "P's" and tends to leave the "S" off the end of words that are plural. He is still really tiny. Only about the size of a 2-3 year old. He is about 12 inches shorter than all the kids in his class. He doesn't really seem to mind though.
I'm doing well. Still working for the City and just enjoying life.
