"its a date!"
* Yesterday I went to go see if Eddie (my undercover lover as kadie calls him) wanted to go to lunch & maybe starbucks, but he wasnt in the office... so i left a note including my phone number... around 430 I got a message from Eddie!! =0) he said that hed LOVE to go out to coffee w/ me, but that he wouldnt be free until sunday.. ok.. i could handle that..
*So last night after 9 I gave him a call back to plan something for sunday.. then about 10 min after we got off the phone i got a call from a "witheld" number.. thinking it was kyle i picked up... & on the other end was Eddie! he was like "hey if youre still bored i'm getting ready to put a movie on if you want to come over"...my heart LEAPED out of my body! I told him I'd love to come over. but asked him to give me a few min. to get changed!
*my heart was POUNDING when i pulled up to his house & even harder when i walked up to the door.... when he opened the door all i could do was smile.. so im sure i looked like a total idiot! but... we just sat around.. we put a movie on but all we did was talk most of the time.. which was nice actually b/c we werent being complete smart asses to eachother.. & were actually getting to know eachother in a completely different way than we already know eachother...
* I didnt want to leave but when I looked @ the clock & it said 130am I knew I had to force myself to get off the couch... he walked me to the door, watched me get in my car & reminded me to call him on Sunday so we could make plans w/ eachother!!
* All I've wanted to do today was call him....but I didnt since I know he had plans for tonight... but tomorrow i think we are going to watch the panthers vs. seahawks game @ his house then go out for coffee or something... im excited.. he's not a little boy.. we arent dating by any definition of the word.. but its nice to spend time w/ someone who realizes that i am a person.. that i do have feelings.. & that i dont want just sex or something.. its a nice change...
* Im stoked about tomorrow!! this is the most random thing that has happened to me lately.. but im glad its happenning b/c its opening my eyes to so much more than what i was seeing before!
