So yes, it has become evident that one cannot ever hope to move things further if you are completely selfless. Accordingly, there is so much time spent getting to know the other person that they fail to look deeper within you, and as a result, it does not work

I no takes u for granted. I likes ya for hoo u r. Why would being selfless kill you? what do u mean by selfless 1st of all? is it like.. uhm.. not paying enough attn to urself?
btw, it's good that u can see truth in the world w/ ur own eyes.
I can too, but I prefer not to use it. I try to hide away from 'our' truth. I can look someone in the eye.. just stare right through their every cell and see ... see them for hoo they really are... I can see their faults, their goodness and bad, I can see whether or not they hold truths or just lies. And yes this probably sounds kind of weird. But I shouldn't have let that gone bye with someone's eyes. I saw that 'he' were mean, and i let 'him' take advantage over me. And, so next time I can see truth that I don't like, I won't hide it away like a piece of folded up paper in my pocket. I'll take it out n' read it word for word.
