To Kerrie

This posting is written in dedication to Kerrie and the loving memories from history class...

OKAY, let it be said that this entry is not about quotes, but it's a damn funny story.

As some of you may know, I tend to say and do a lot of things that we'll call...less than intelligent (If ANYONE makes reference to the fire hydrant comment I WILL hunt you down and hire someone big to beat you!) This was one of my less than intelligent days that ended up being hilarious.

The time: Aproximately 8 AM on a Thursday morning
The place: Mr. Gagnon's classroom
The situation: Okay, we were having a quiz, one that I ACTUALLY STUDIED FOR and Mr. Gagnon had spent nearly a week talking about the topic.
The question: What was the Warren Commission and how did it affect American society?
Tasha's translation: What was the War on Commission and how did it affect American society?
The essay: PURE...BULLSHIT. I wrote an entire essay that morning about a war that DID NOT HAPPEN! NOT EVER! NOT IN ANY POINT IN THIS COUINTRY'S HISTORY!!!
The grade: B+/A-...no joke, he gave me a B+/A- on that essay (Mr. Gagnon liked to sometime split the grades for some weird Mr. Gagnon reason). And not only did he give me one of the best grades I got on his quizzes, he wrote questions in the body of the paragraph: "How?...Why?" WHO THE FRIG KNOWS THE WAR DIDN'T EXIST SO THERE IS NO HOW AND WHY!!!
The response: Kerrie and I almost died trying not to burst out laughing when I got that quiz back. Lauren got a C+ on the essay and she wrote about the right topic! Amazing, life is freaking amazing.

Kerrie, never forget the amazingly funny moments we had in history...that just happened to be the BEST EVER!
