Inhale positivity... exhale negativity...
OK, so school this semester = sucks. I have no free time during the week the way things are looking. I just got bombarded by phone calls: first Alex from the opera this summer, then Jill to talk about her new baby and such.
I haven't gotten to see any of my singer friends yet this semester except for running into a couple when I've randomly been in the music building hallways. I miss my friends; where are you guys?
Anyway, work has sucked a lot, with people not being able to remember anything! I think in the past two days we've helped at least 700 people, if not (definitely) more.
Anyway, Jeff and I are still doing very well. My mom and brother might come visit this weekend and get to meet him. I'm kinda excited about that, and if the weather holds out, I might go up to the lake over Labor Day weekend. I'm trying to see if Jeff can come with too... but I don't know if he'll be able to or not with work.
This is a list of stuff that has happened since my last blog entry:
- went to "Snakes on a Plane" with Jeff and his friends and was thoroughly surprised that I had a good time
- had my party at my apartment, to which only a small number of the people I'd like to think are my friends showed up
- bought V for Vendetta (I caved)
- went to the water park a second time
- directed large amounts of hate towards the Graduate College
Yeah, so I guess that's about it for now. I sing for Quad Cities this weekend too, I hope that goes well!
