So, house stuff.
Now that we've been approved for the loan, things should (should!) happen fairly quickly.
The title company representative tells me that we'll be able to sign tomorrow. I am pretty skeptical of that happening, as I don't believe all of the paperwork has been sent back and forth between the title company, the seller, and the bank. I'm guessing that signing will actually take place on Tuesday.
Today - Clean, de-clutter, organize, pack.
Monday - Pack. Badger title company for an update. Get a time set up for the closing. Clean. Landlord brings by potential renter.
Tuesday - Final walk-through on house. Signing. Work. Pack.
Wednesday - Work. Get keys. Schedule pest control. Track down fridge. Celebrate being first-time homeowners. Pack.
Thursday - Work. Start taking things over to our new home. Initial cleaning of house. Dad arrives from Michigan?
Friday - Finish packing. Move boxes to house. Obtain materials for fix-up projects. Get a fridge?
Saturday - The big push: move all large items over to the house. Start cleaning the apartment.
Sunday - Work fourteen hours. No house stuff for me. Give dad a list of projects.
Monday - Finish up any loose ends at the apartment. Paint the garage?
I think that by the time Sunday rolls around, I'll be thrilled to get away from house stuff and work that fourteen-hour shift.
