Did I make this up?

I thought I had seen a journal that had rotating header images. If you visited it two or three times, the header was different each time. Maybe it only rotated between 2 header images but I thought it changed when the page was refreshed.

Can you do that on LJ? Or did I make it up? I tried the FAQ but it doesn't list a category that is likely to give me the answer. Or I simply can't understand the questions, much less the answers.
