New SGU Fics
Rather than multiple posts, I'm linking back to my LJ for NEW SGU stories. These were written for challenge communities. They are fertile plot bunny groups. So if you like to write, do artwork, puzzles or manips, look them up. Each group can always use more active participants.
First is a stargateland challenge. This was interesting exercise because we could only create stories/scenes via dialogue. There are 3 scenes - Fixins features Adam Brody worried about ingredients for his stil, Kids features Eli & Corporal Barnes discussing their life on Novus, Relationships features Camile Wray advising Colonel Young about his relationship with TJ. These last two scenes are set immediately after Epilogue.

Next is a sgu_challenge. This story http://kimmy4eytj.livejournal.com/10497.html came out of a series of screen caps by shena8 related to Colonel Young. The title may give the subject away but it's worth a LOL to investigate both the story and caps collection.

Next is http://kimmy4eytj.livejournal.com/10756.html of another challenge story. It started out for stargateland and will end on journeystory. This is an AU Western set in late 1880s Montana. In the town of Destiny, a lovely prostitute escapes from a wrathful Madam with aid from a valiant former Army Colonel. However, the Madam can't afford to have her other illegal operations exposed. She must capture the escapees or kill them for what they know.
