I am hoping to slim down to 120. I have not consulted a doctor or fitness professional as of yet. Until then I am creating my own diet of coffee, energy drinks, slim fast drinks and bars, salads, and fruits and vegetables. Exercise consisting of walking daily and/or going to a gym and working out when convenient. I did eat at Denny’s the other day but such a small portion I am convinced it would not interrupt my diet. I need a reliable scale and a slimming mirror to help with motivation.
