It's my pleasure to read your stories. You fabulous SGA writers do all the hard work.

You had mentioned sometime after breaking your arm that you might possibly write a story in which Sheppard breaks a bone and you kind of write his recovery mirroring the pain and problems you went through during the healing process (something like that...maybe not so specific). Is that still in the works?

Oh yes! I'm kind of outlining and deciding where to go since I'm at 10 months and still can't do a whole lot with my hand. I'm afraid the Air Force might cut John loose if he took this long and still couldn't even pick up a gun with his right hand. I may have to let him get over things a little faster.

I think I'll revisit a story I started a few years ago that I've had a lot of requests for while plotting the broken wrist one. I'm still a little too close to actually write the wrist one yet, but I can plot. Thank you so much for your interest.

Know any Air Force personnel who could tell me how long they let their people try to heal before giving up and booting them out?

Thanks for the info and the link. I was also thinking if he got to a certain point, he could still command the military of Atlantis even if he couldn't go out in the field. Of course we all know he wouldn't like being sidelined from the action like that, but short term he could get by and keep his position.
