I gots a question!

Ok those of you that do activities in which you might have pulled a muscle . . . *eyeballs flist* Should it be iced or warmed up (hot compress)? Angelica came home from dance practice Saturday, and said her upper thigh /butt felt . . strange. She rubbed some muscle stuff into and went to bed. She went to dance practice yesterday (filipino dance, much less strenous that what she did sat.) and said it still felt a little weird so she soaked in the tub. Now she doesn't have class today nor does she have dance of any sort, I did tell her to ask one of her dance instructors tomorrow in case they've gone through something similar and how long should she rest it or can she dance on it without damaging the muscle? She has practice tomorrow night and I told her to tell the lady already when she comes in that she wasn't going to really dance/practice but basically go through and mark it.

She hasn't really complained of pain just that it feels strange but then again she's a dancer, they have odd notions of pain.
