New technology is fun!
I'm updating from the new laptop. Last April my computer died completely for some reason. I think it's the age (it's like 5 years old). My mom's laptop crashed yesterday. My mom went to Best Buy after church today and got us a new HP laptop and it's really nice. I'm hoping that I get to use it more than her. haha Once the IT guy at her job looks and fixes her laptop that she brings home from work I'm hoping that I'll be able to use this one more. Right now I'm downloading iTunes & yahoo messenger. It's a really nice laptop.
My stomach has been bothering me all day and it sucks. I went to church this morning and it was good. I didn't do a whole lot today. I kept thinking of cleaning up my room but haven't gotten into it. And considering the time I highly doubt I'll end up getting around to it now. I just started some laundry because I need clean clothes. haha Tomorrow it's back to "work" with Alyssa. I'm hoping it doesn't rain tonight or tomorrow so that I can take her to the park and I hope she's in a good mood. It makes the day go by so much faster.
I'm really hoping that I get a call from the Container Store tomorrow saying they want to hire me. I'm so incredibly nervous. I'm trying not to get my hopes too high in case they say that they are not interested. At the same time I'm trying to be hopeful. I'm going to make Valentine goodies for the high school youth group I lead and probably for the Bible Study ladies. I'm thinking next weekend I'll bake cookies and I got some candy too. I got cute little containers at Michael's for $1/each that look like Chinese food containers but have Valentine decorations on it. So I'll use that for the high school kids and I'm going to make my own Valentine cards. I got a pale pink card stock, some heart stickers and I'm going to make the cards to put with the containers. The ladies will get their goodies in little red bags. I'm so excited. I'm single and yet I'm looking forward to Valentine's Day. Weird.
I better finish this because I have to finish downloading this stuff. Catch ya later!
