Cursed
I think I'm cursed. After being sick & missing a week of classes & work, I finally feel better. Wonderful. So I schedule my exam for this morning. No problem. Begin to get ready for the day & the electricy goes out. Not that big a deal, it happens often enough. Comes back on about 10mins later & I continue. ok... Goes out again a few minutes later. Comes back on. Goes off. Stays off. Turns back on. Repeat for about an hour & a half. Comes on again finally & my heater starts emitting this hi-pitched beeping sound. Great. Turn off the fan & heat from the thermostat. Electricity goes out. Stays off. I use my laptop & dial in to mail my prof (who'd already asked where I was). Needless to say, I'm stuck here with electricity again & a loud beeping heater. I can't really leave the animals here without heat, but I've got work at 1pm. Arg. I believe the gods hate me today.
