heya everyone
my first ever entry in my first ever lj!!!

My parents are japanese but i was born and raised in london uk....im fluent in english and japanese....huge fan of all things japanese, espec arashi...at the moment my fave member is sho kun but i love o-chan, matsuju....oh forget it..I LOVE ALL OF THEM...!!!!
i hope to regularly post arashi translations, from magazines, moveis, clips, songs..etc etc.... some of you may have already seen some of my trans on some of the communities out there...i just thought form now on i would post on my lj , all in one place cos it makes life easier...if there are any objections to this just let me know,,,,.. so n e way reqests are always welcome!!!
n e way i have just finished translating juns article in wink up, decmeber 2006 issue (thanks to Gem-junified for the scan!, http://matsumotojun.net - this is a must see for all jun fans!!!)
ps, when you compare this to the actual scan, paragraphs and lines may not match but i felt i had to change some of the sentences and phrases to make sense of it in english and make it flow better in english... i hope thats ok guys!

So, we went to Taiwan and korea in September right? So some time has passed now so at the moment I’m thinking about a lot, like coming back to Japan from Asia and things that hae happened since we got back. Also we still have the Korea concert and im really looking forward to that! When we went last time we only sang 3 songs, but everyone was really into it. This time its our concert so I cant wait.
Emotionally, it feels a bit different from just doing a live show in Japan. The country is different and so is the language. Saying that, even though many thigs were different about the Korea performance, it didn’t feel strange.
The dokkiri (surprise/joke) for ‘utawara’? Yeah I know!! Wasn’t it awful?!? I mean ‘m not angry about it. I am an adult after all (laugh). But I had no idea about it! Well…I’ve erased it from my memory….so let’s not talk about that anymore (laugh)
Anyway, changing the conversation. The other day I had the press conference for ‘boku wa imouto I koi wo suru’ and I was really surprised at the people who came to see it, people I didn’t expect. Someone who cared for me a while back. I saw him/her while I was doing my greeting at the press conference. After the conference ended I called him/her and spoke a little. They said ‘The movie was really good!’ so I was relieved and happy. The person had nothing to do with the making of the film so it was nice to hear the opinion of a real viewer. I even think that this film is good. It’s not your regular sort of film, in other words it works well cos it’s a film. I think its good to have this sort of story, The story itself is really deep. It portrays the change of the characters feeling really well and in depth, and it shows the movement of emotions and feelings well.
The filming was really fun. I’m happy with the overall finish of it cos I was able to discuss really specific things with the director. I went into the project with the full understanding of the director so our opinions never crossed or disagreed. There is a manga/comic original of this movie. In a comic there a different scenes/frames right? I thought it would be good to transfer that straight from the comic frames to the screen. But whether we were able to achieve that or not is not something for me to determine, but im satisfied with the result. Now its just up top the audience.
So anyway, we were able to go abroad at the beginning of our 8th year (as arashi). I think we have started the year really well. The past 7 years seem long , but also short as the same time. Every year, we get the chance to take part in so many things, and little by little, I think we are moving forward as a group. From now on? I personally have ‘hana yori dango 2’. I’m gonna work ha~rd! but as a group, we have a new variety show, and a new section in mago mago arashi (totsugeki bangohan…fo thtose who haven’t seen it I highly recommend it!!! You get to see the boys being daddys!!) I just wanna enjoy it.
I have been in one of the episodes for ‘totsugeki bangohan’. Children are so tiring! I really, REALLY thought that mums work hard. REALLY! I have never really had the chance to interact with children. Its fun but really hard work. Physically. They have so much power and you can’t predict what they will do next. I think we are being more mago mago than when we are being grandchildren (I don’t really understand what jun is trying to say here…even in Japanese he doesn’t really make sense..lol) The meals? They were, well … so so. I did less than I thought I could. I thought I could make much more co si make food for myself when I have fee time. Well it would be nice if I could improve on that too from now on!
