Greetings from Melmack!
Happy New Year! I know I’m two months behind, but I really didn’t have anything to say. All I know is that I have been working every holiday at work since Thanksgiving. But now I finally put in my time off and took off Super Bowl Sunday and the day after. Seattle and I don’t really watch any of the game, but I tune in for the commercials. I just hope there is a good one this year. Some of them all have been crap.
Our new kitten Maxwell has been doing well. She is growing so fast that I can’t keep up with how old she is. But she does have her own personality. She is a handful, but I know that when she gets older that she will become more independent and happy.
The weather here in North Carolina is strange. This week we had a nice stretch of 60 to 70 degree days with sunshine and this week it will drop in the 40’s and get cold. As for me, this means that allergy season already has begun and my sinuses are blowing up. Nothing to worry about, but just got to take meds and rest. This is when you know having a couple of days off from work and watching Jerry Springer are helpful. Plus Maxwell is there by my side sleeping away. So you know your good.
