This doesn't seem right

I woke up with the most peculiar inability to walk straight. Keep sort of veering off to the right instead. Very strange feeling. Has subsided somewhat, at least I'm not walking uncontrollably into walls now. But my sense of balance is still weird, and my head feels... floaty? Decided not to attempt to get to school, I don't think I'd have been able to concentrate properly anyway and walking there or home is a definite no (I think dad might have been free to drive me there though, but it still seemed like not the greatest of ideas).

Called mom, because mom is the go to person in our family for any weirdness regarding health stuff. It's not like my balance hasn't been wonky before, usually when I have the flu, whch is what mom suspected as well. Also having an inner ear thing herself, mom told me not to worry if my thoughts start feeling like I'm going crazy, apparently it happens too. (And yay, for that warning. I might have worried otherwise.)
