Hot HoT HOT
It is crazy hot here! It has been all week! Don't think I am complaining...I am not...I actually like it when it is warm. The only down side is that it is freezing in the building where I work. Take today for example. It is 90 degrees outside...inside, it is 65 degrees! Bit of a difference! Oh well, not much I can do about it!
The hot weather has helped me get some things done inside since my dogs absolutely refuse to stay outside for longer than 10 minutes. Lots of laundry and I even got to clean out some closets that I have been meaning to take care of!
I have even been able to get some tv watched. I am getting close to finishing the first 5 seasons of Numb3rs. I think I developed a slight crush on Rob Morrow from watching Northern Exposure! Which by the way, I was not thrilled with the ending of!
I am half way through the second season of True Blood. Loved the first season and enjoying the second season so far. Jessica is hilarious!
I need to get back to watching Twin Peaks! I need to know who the killer is!
I am thrilled that Warehouse 13 is back! Pete is great! The new season of Eureka starts on Friday...YEAH! White Collar is also coming back...I can't wait! Can't say I was thrilled with the new season of Rescue Me...hopefully it improves!
Reading an interesting book...Stiff: Curious Lives of Human Cadavers by Mary Roach. Not as gruesome as you would think...kinda dark humor and lots of interesting facts!
I have been working on a SGA fanfic story I have been thinking about for awhile. It isn't going to be long, but a short scene between Lorne and Teyla set after Search and Rescue. I am a little nervous, but think I will post it sometime this month. I think I will work up the courage by then. I am not the best writer, but think I will see what everyone thinks.
