Rainy Weekend=Nerdgirl Nirvana
This weekend was complete crap weather wise. It was rainy and cold and my dogs wouldn't even go out to play in it. I had to make a quick trip out into the real world to get dog food, but mostly I just stayed holed up in my house. Don't get me wrong...the bathtub got scrubbed and laundry got done...but that was about it.
When I was at Wal-Mart on Saturday, I discovered that the new Nintendo DS game, Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box, was finally out. It is the sequel to Professor Layton and the Curious Village. They are great games! Full of brain teasers and fun! I got home and started playing it.
Friday, on my way home from work, I stopped at the library and picked up the 6th Season of Star Trek the Next Generation! Yeah! In my opinion, the best of the seasons so far! Data and Riker and Picard, oh my! I can NOT believe the cliffhanger at the end of the season! I need Season 7 NOW!
Anywho...I was watching the episodes and playing the game. By the time I got to work today, I had managed to watch the entire Season 6 (yes, all 26 episodes in 4 days), play my game for 7 hours, watch 5 episodes of Big Bang Theory, do 5 loads of laundry and scrub 1 bathtub! I felt ever so accomplished:P
