Mmm food!

I'm actually really appreciating food a lot more now that I am watching what I eat, and savouring it, not just shovelling it down!

Breakfast
Sultana Bran w/ Lite Milk
Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

Lunch
Yoghurt
Subway (White 6" with Chicken, Carrot, Lettuce & BBQ Sauce)

Afternoon snack
Green Apple (small)

Dinner
2 egg omlette with creamed corn & a tiny bit of cheese
1 scoop low-fat ice cream (as a treat, and since I had points left, yum!)

Exercise
A shorter version of my gym program [10 minute treadmill warmup, 3 lots of weights, 20 minutes cardio] + a full hour Body Combat class. Total 2 hours @ the gym. I will be buff.

Today's Weigh: 80.9kg.
Kilos to goal weight: 12.9
