[#076] Going on Vacation!
i. Not now! But from August 3 - August 15, I'm off to California with a quick detour to Las Vegas, then back to California! *__________________* My parents have been talking about this trip since it's my mom's reunion in LV in the beginning of August. And I told them I'd totally join since I haven't been to Las Vegas--and ever since my new-found obsession with Craig Ferguson, I have been itching for a chance to go see his show live. So HOPEFULLY, I'll have a day--or two--to myself where I can go see a taping of the Late Late Show. *____________* Yes, that is my priority, what can I say? lolol I'm uber excited for anything else though! Need to see what my parents have planned so I can see when I will join them and when I won't. lol I do know Grand Canyon is a planned trip though so~ IDEK. We'll see! A month away! ♥♥
ii. On another note, I finally made good on my promises to upload certain segments from Gakkou e Ikou! *_____________________* I am all about spreading the GeI love. In particular, I uploaded all of the Aishiteru game segments and the first ever appearance of Josou Paradise!
If you said my favorite part is Sakamoto's breathy "Aishiteru" you wouldn't be wrong, lol.
iii. So I follow the ninoexchange because hey, I'm all about Nino fanfic. :D I'd been skimming through the list when I said outloud "Oh, there's a Nino/Meisa."
C's response was, "Eh."
I ask, "Oh, don't ship him with anyone, huh?"
C: "Pretty much. Unless it's Ohno."
I pretty much died, high-fived her as she insisted they were cute together, damnit. I died even more. lololol
Also, on a side-note, the Nino/Meisa fic ended up being the best ever. Definitely read it, guys!
P.S. I haven't said this once on LJ, but I finally got my hair cut!!!! :DDDDD I have pics somewhere, but have to dig them from my parent's computer. lol
P.P.S. omg, so I'd seen this interesting app on freeappaday but couldn't grab it because I would need to update my iphone. So I went through all that trouble, whateverwhatever, and I almost even forgot the app's name, but I found it and OMG, IT'S THE MOST FUN EVER. It's called Rhythmatic and essentially it's one of those tap to music games, but it uses the songs you own to do it! SO I'VE BEEN PLAYING YAMAPI SONGS THIS ENTIRE TIME. So freaking cool. *___________* AND IT'S FREE. So yes, I totz am saying you all should get it. Too bad my iphone has shit gigs or else I'd put more songs just so i can play this game. lolol
P.P.P.S. sometimes I think my brother's too smart for his own good. He's been taking his Regents (wth he's that age already?!) and apparently he's the only one in his class that ended up passing the Social Studies one. ~_~;; But nobody even saw him STUDY and yet he said, "...are you kidding me? it was so easy." Well, that explains how he got High Honors for his third quarter. lolol okay, so i may just be a proud older sister. and hell, that was my strategy in high school. i rarely studied at home and ha, i got decent grades. :D
