I am writing again yay!

So I have even set myself a wee 2021 goal like so:



10985 / 30000 words. 37% done!

Which is quite fun.

2020: I wrote under 5k (of posted fic) which is possibly my lowest ever. And there wasn't much unposted... maybe another 2k if that. So let's see if this keeps me motivated :)

It interests me that when I am writing for one of my, if you were, peripheral fandoms, I can easily write 1000+ words in a sitting, I don't find I need to be in the mood, I don't find I need do more than, perhaps, peruse a chapter of two of canon or perhaps check a reference or quote (Wimseyfic in particular, I'll often check exact phrasings in ( Read more... )

We bought a house! Whee! Unconditional, finance approved, only have to sign all the documents and we're all go.
