Honey, I'm home! Some of these fics have strong supernatural/fantasy elements because, I don't know, the surreal stuff seems to work very well in the show somehow and I've discovered it works ESPECIALLY GREAT in fanfic as well.
Decameron - multi-chaptered, H/W, one-sided Cameron/House. OH this fic is great. I'll let the first couple sentences speak for themselves: "It's called a bloodstone. You had to look it up on the internet, because even House didn't have a book lying around the differential room that could provide an explanation. A mineral stone, it says. A form of something else, called chalcedony. Specifically, the stone is known as a heliotrope. According to medieval legend, it provides invisibility to the wearer."
Preservation - short, H/W with mentions of Wilson/Amber. Very IC, funny balcony conversation fic that is also a bit heartbreaking because it's them. You might want to be ~halfway through S5 before reading this one, or some of the references won't make sense.
Intersections - long, H/W friendship, pre-slash, Wilson has a headache and can't wake up to the right reality.
Wilson/House - short, crack flashfic. If you are particularly attached to the idea of the fourth wall, you may want to avoid this one. But mostly I suggest that you don't, oh GOD. The dialogue is brill.
Asphyxiation - long, strong H/W friendship. Wilson's suffocating in air. Astonishingly vivid and emotional. This is, bar none, my favorite House fic I have read to date.
In High Seas - sequel to Asphyxiation, long, H/W slash. Also really beautiful. I love the author's style. I recommend browsing her tags and reading everything she has written for House, seriously.
EDITED AGAIN BECAUSE I fail at HTML tags with great gusto. :>
I haven't read ANY of these. :D Thank you so much!
Btw, if you like fantasy elements, you might wanna check out Dragon Slaying for dummies - I haven't read it yet but the summary looks good and it's Skyehawke.
Okay so I propose a deal. Or idk, ask a favour. I can't watch the finale until 5 pm. If you see it before I do, tell me whether it will break my heart and rip in into little shreds and trample on them with Cuddy!heels?
I'll do you that favor, no strings attached. House usually has PHENOMENAL finales so I am hoping HOPING S5's will not disappoint and crashland in a plume of nonsensical relationship culmination. *CROSSES FINGERS*

Five Ways You Never Slept With Gregory House (Part Five: Proximity) - mid-length, Wilson quantifies love on a metric scale. The descriptive power in each sentence packs a wallop. Also: searingly hot(t). The second 't' is for 'totally'.
