In other news, I feel like summer has finally begun. Jill and I both had yesterday off, so we went walking on the trails behind the covered bridge down on Gordon st. It's something I've wanted to do since first year but somehow never have. I really like crossing things off my list like this. It was a gorgeous day with gorgeous scenery and we took alot of pictures. We also walked downtown and I went barefoot most of the time because the only pair of sandals I have gives me blisters, and besides it's more fun to walk around in your bare feet. By the time we got back I was dirty and tired and sweating, but all those things mean summer so it was satisfying. We drove back home in my old silver car, that's as old as I am, that used to be my great aunt's car and then my grandma's. We left the sunroof open and the windows down, and I decided to name her Dot.
