16 Weilan icons for somein30

Another theme at somein30 that I could not resist: relationships! I chose the "extra hard" mode, which to me seemed to be the easiest. :D

Focus on one relationship and show its progress through your icons.

I chose Zhao Yunlan and Shen Wei from Guardian, and I only covered about the first half of the episodes, so not the full run of the relationship, but, ( Read more... )

Stunning set <3 The balance is amazing and I love the colors and text here<3 I adore the green color and the crop on 1, level work on 3, blue color and the lighting on 7. 10 is glorious! 10 has stunning background/text and color and the lighting <3 I adore the blue/violet color on 11 and the contrast is stunning. 14 has magnificent text/color/contrast there. I love also 16; the vibrant color and texture use <3

Lovely set! I really like how your icons tell a story.
I love the background in 1, it really fits with the subject. 5 has great text placement, as well as 10 and 14. I also like how you use light in your icons, such as in 7, 8 and 13. I love the yellow coloring of 16!

Sorry to be here so late, it's been such a busy week, but I love this set! The soft colors and contrast with the shiny lights give it a fittingly romantic vibe. I'm not surprised to see this couple :D you icon them so much I'm always stunned that you come up with more and more different ideas for them! Yay for extra hard mode - it kind of is the easiest?, but really not, because it requires a lot of self control not to start iconing any other couples! Slow burn beginnings are THE BEST so I totally get your focus here, they sound adorable and I can see the chemistry in these icons, especially in 6 ( ... )
