16 Weilan icons for somein30

Another theme at somein30 that I could not resist: relationships! I chose the "extra hard" mode, which to me seemed to be the easiest. :D

Focus on one relationship and show its progress through your icons.

I chose Zhao Yunlan and Shen Wei from Guardian, and I only covered about the first half of the episodes, so not the full run of the relationship, but,

Sorry to be here so late, it's been such a busy week, but I love this set! The soft colors and contrast with the shiny lights give it a fittingly romantic vibe. I'm not surprised to see this couple :D you icon them so much I'm always stunned that you come up with more and more different ideas for them! Yay for extra hard mode - it kind of is the easiest?, but really not, because it requires a lot of self control not to start iconing any other couples! Slow burn beginnings are THE BEST so I totally get your focus here, they sound adorable and I can see the chemistry in these icons, especially in 6 :>

11 is my favorite here, the color combination is incredible and the use of text that cuts off so much yet is still readable is really great. The lighting in 8 is absolutely magical, I can't stop looking at the shiny thing :D
5 has gorgeous vibrant colors and simple yet effective text, love the placement and font choice.

The text use, lighting and coloring in 14 look fantastic as well, and 15 is all kinds of awesome too - I love the mix of the fun, cartoonish composition/text use combined with what appears to be a dramatic/intense scene. Speaking of fun text use, 16 is beautiful as well, really loving the bright yellows and the text arrangement.
