No. 12 was inspired by a puppet-porn-fanfic by voleuse where that phrase was used (I think it was voleuse's - I can't find my reference comment anymore ;( - if anyone can confirm this, that'd be great).
No. 13 stolen (with shame) from fbf's default icon.
Nos. 45-47 made from one of eretria's beautiful photographs.
