Question about Glitch and the people who knew him as Ambrose

After watching the whole series again on the SPACE channel I had a question about Glitch and the people who knew him as Ambrose. Four people who knew Ambrose, or should have known him, but didn't say a word upon seeing him. Tutor, Ahamo, The Queen and Azkadellia all knew who he was and hadn't seen him for years but no one said a word.

Does the Region 1 (US) Tin Man dvd have english subtitles?

I found the Region 4 (NZ) dvd but it doesn't have english subtitles, which I really need, so if the US one does have them, I might have to order it off Amazon :O
