I'm on a boat
I have a new scent in my room. I have always been about the apple-cinnamon fragrances for my room, for years now. It made me think of when I first moved to FL, of my apts at Vista Way, of Nick's house- my home away from home. And now, ironically enough, it is something I first smelled in Nick's new house. Lavender vanilla. It's very soothing and calming. And even though it is only in my room, as I walk through the apt, closer to my door, it wafts out into the living room and I know that I am almost there. Almost at my sanctuary. I like the feeling of peace as I get to my doorway. Smell might be my favorite sense.
This weekend was, apparently, our 6 month anniversary. Yea, my ass forgot, but so did he! He just conveniently remembered while we were at the mall. I got a turtle webkin, and it's fucking adorable.
It's a little crazy to think that it's been 6 months. Not a bad crazy, but just.... crazy, you know? And aside from my lack of job, and uncertain future, I really have never been happier, so.... time well spent =)
