I'm the best there is at what I do, and what I do tastes AWESOME!
I just put together a ginormous batch of chili con carne for myself and my neighbors. I was throwing spices in pretty liberally and randomly, and just now when I tasted it to see what else it needed I found myself stooping over my stove, getting a second helping and making involuntary yummy-noises. It was purrrrfect, just as it was.
- I still got it. I rule the kitchen.
In other news, I was late for my new job yesterday because I dreamt that I was cheating on my sister with Anthony Kiedis. Apparently, this was common knowledge in my family as we were discussing it over the dinner table, but sister or not, it was totally worth it. In real life I don't even think he's all that hot, but if my dream is anything to go by, he's a great lay! So congrats Kiedis, you have my endorsement. And somehow, I think my sister will get over it.
PS: The job is new-job-sucky, so I'll spare you. I don't even feel like hearing myself bitch about it. I know it'll get better.
