Thomas is coming up tonight. almost home. We're leaving on Saturday. almost home. I haven't really started packing, but I'n not sweating it. I will be able to get it all done. I've been keeping my hair straight, I think I like it better this way.
I'm going shopping with Lindsey and Becca at 11:45. It'll be fun. I hope a whole bunch of other people come too. Jessica was talking about all of us going to the jacuzzi tonight as a last "hurrah" like thing. That would be really nice. I've met a lot of special people, I hadn't realized that. I could walk up to one of them and say "let's do something" and they would totally be up to it. Especially Jessica. I like Jessica a lot, she's really nice. haha are personalities just click ya know? I will always like Lindsey a lot. She was the first person in Humboldt that talked to me. And when she talked to me I felt welcomed. It was a really nice feeling considering I was a bit nervous about being so far away from home. Crystal left yesterday, I didn't know. =o( kinda felt bad that I didn't say goodbye. I think Kristina's leaving today.
I don't know if I can shower. The curtains are down. I guess they were Kristina's and so now we don't have any curtains covering the see-thru door to the showers. Maybe I can drap a towel over it. I know I know, I'm a dork, but dangit I am not open for business! NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!
*ahem* I will miss Humboldt. I love it here. I loved my room. I loved my suitemates. I loved my friends. I loved it here. *shrug*
It's sad, Jessica, Becca, and Liz aren't going to be here next semster. =o( They're going to Hawaii for a semester. that is going to be soooo cool for them. Holy crap. But... *sniff sniff* they're not going to be HERE. I'm so selfish. They invited us up for Thanksgiving. that would be neat, but I doubt my mom will allow it. I mean, it'd be a couple weeks, maybe even months being aways from home and plus she'll want us home for Thanksgiving. But, it would be really cool. I'm glad Lindsey is coming next semester, even if she'll be three levels up from me.
Man, I need to pack. Jessica said something, though, that made a lot of sense. Packing should be a celebration, you're going home and you can reflect on all the crap you went through this semester by tearing it all down and shoving it into boxes. I think she's right. I know most of my suitemates packed up like a week ago. They realized that they packed stuff that they had needed like dishsoap and silverwear and stuff. *shrug* I'm just like "eh." My posters and stuff on my wall (which was quite a bit) are all packed and I packed my microwave full of books and my bedding and packed that away too. Now what's left is the rest of my freaking room. I really liked it here.
okay, I guess I should be getting, maybe if I go shower right now while everyone is asleep no one will walk in on me naked in the shower with no curtains. haha. okay.
