I'm not really interested in her, either... She's nice, I like her. But I don't feel attraction. I'm still working at not being uncomfortable around her, really. Not because of anything she has said or done, just because that's how I am around people until I've known them for a long-ass time.
Not to mention she just finished telling me about how she's gonna have absolutely no free time for like... the better part of a year, and lives two hours away in any case. And, ya know, I am utterly incapable of understanding how someone could be attracted to me. Truly, do not get it. For all those reasons, just makes no sense whatsoever...
