I love MARTA
If for nothing else for the entertainment value. Every now and then I see this kid on the bus going home. He is always dressed in black has tats and piercings trying very hard to look hard core. Until yesterday I had never seen him on the bus going to the train station. When I get to the park and ride lot yesterday I notice him getting out of a mini van with his bike. I almost wanted to laugh "Your mommy drops you off in a mini van. That not hard core. Poser."
And today I get in line behind this lady wearing a lavender tank and khaki shorts. When she turned to smile at me again I almost laughed out loud. She had plucked out all of her eyebrows and drawn them back in with matching lavender eyeliner. Now I know you're thinking "was her hair purple?". No, her hair was a normal shade of reddish brown. And she isn't old either, she looked to be in her late 30s early 40s. Every time I think about her purple, drawn on eyebrows I chuckle.
