Kat update
Well...not so much an update, but a sign that her extended family is still alive and able to write back to me. I got an e-mail from Lexy this morning saying that a new hearing is on the way. Instead of paraphrasing I'll just cut and paste.
The immigration judge deliberated on a decision for a week and tried to come up with something that would please everyone, be fair and not make the government look like tools, but he couldn't so he put it over for a senior judge to hear starting tomorrow (monday).
I don't know how Kat's going to afford this. She has to start paying me back this month already but now she needs even more to keep the process going. I don't know what to think, what to feel, what to do...and why I had to get this info from Lexy and not herself is also bothering me. Are there not phones in Calgary?
I'm so...confused and sick, it isn't funny. I don't know what to do. Yes I'm still single but I care greatly for this girl and that'll never change.
