Classic Villain Attire Needed?

OK, here's the scoop. There's a bar in Richmond that I go to with my buddies and two of the photos adorning their walls have been stolen. A few weeks ago I wrote about one of these instances, which I saw happen with my own eyes - and it's a good thing I ratted out the other patron because in doing so, our waitress offered me the chance to put a framed 8"x11" photo of myself up on the wall, instead.

The only catch is that it has to fit the theme of the bar and fit seamlessly with the other photos on the walls - namely, late 1800's/early 1900's "pioneer" gear.

After thinking long and hard about what to do, I've decided I'll go the classic (but understated) "villain" route, with the top hat, curly moustache, and black coat. Something like this:

Maybe I'll even throw in a monocle. It'd be pretty kick ass. Snidely Whiplash, eat your heart out. Thing is, I don't know where to find these things so I can do this convincingly - AND for cheap, because I don't want to shell out a tonne of dough for this. But then again, I'll be immortalized....hmmmm...

Here's an example of something it would be placed beside, to get an idea of the theme I'm dealing with:

costumes, thursday, pics, beer, me, flying squirrels
