PENTICTON, WHITE TRASH CITY
...well, not really. After much nuggling to wake up and watch various movies, Kat and I got out on the town and went to the local Penticton Wal-Mart in search of comfortable underthings and shirts. I got some lovely Looney Tunes boxers, and some shirts - some very geeky shirts.
One, featuring Batman, reads "STAY FIT, BE HEALTHY."
The other, featuring Superman, says "SUPERMAN SAYS SCHOOL IS COOL."
They were SO bad I just had to have them.
We also tried to find some sour cherry blasters there, cuz they were such a hit when I came home with them and gave the rest to the family, but they weren't there. In fact they weren't at any Wal-Mart we went to. Boo-urns.
KELOWNA, AND McLOVIN' IT
Later we went to Kelowna to see a movie in the theatre. I'd already seen Superbad, but at that time I wanted to see it with her cuz it looked so - superrad; thus, we went for an hour drive into Kelowna to the big theatre to check it out. It was awesome. The whole theatre was packed and everyone loved it.
And who doesn't love McLovin'?
Also during the movie, Kat kept trying to molest me and make me show some skin. The theatre was packed so I got scared.
THIS ROAD IS ASS
On the way home, while driving down the highway, we came across the nefarious infamous intersection of Highway 97 and Butt Road in Westbank. We had to take some pictures so we pulled off the highway - and about a hundred feet to the west, Butt Road turned into a traffic circle. We immediately had a debate as to whether this traffic circle should be known as "The Butt Hole" or "The Ring of Fire". The debate goes on.
We do have a lovely pic for you to see, though. Check it out, in all its assy glory!
MON COCHON ET MOI NAGENT DANS LA LAC
We then went for a quick dip into the lake - very quick, cuz it was FREEZING and there were about a hundred Canadian geese in there, leaving little green floaties in their wake. Bad patriotic animals. Bad!
And speaking of things in the water, here's a pic of the painting-print Kat got for me, featuring the pig in the lake. I think it's awesome.
LUNA-TIC PICS
And finally, late last night, my sister Courtney sent me photos of my sister Michelle's new baby, Luna. Check 'em out! I'm an uncle! (I've included the famous "fed up" sonogram picture from a few months back cuz it's just so awesome.)
