GWAR
So I'm studying for the qualifier all day and then hanging out and staying up late watching TV and not really getting anything done. I'll probably go back in to the office tomorrow and then just study around the apartment over the weekend.
Anyway I haven't been able to get much else done. I did get to play cards last night and that was a lot of fun. We did some practice drafting of the Avengers set. It turns out I kind of remember how to play the game, but I don't know anything about the GL set or DC modern. That's alright since it will soon be Marvel Modern. All I have to do is figure out how to incorporate GL into my decks. I feel bad that I missed out on the severe Dr. Light/Rama Tut abuse.
What else can I possibly tell you about?
Well here are some of the things that I miss from UB. Although I had some trouble with my mood at UB and didn't truly enjoy the job I really liked the people I got to hang out with so here it goes:
Playing Tennis with Dave
Hanging out with my gay friends Dustin and stillkweer
Chatting with/playing racquetball with Britta
Flirting with Kirsten (who I still enjoy talking to a lot...here's hoping she will end up teaching near Ames)
Visiting with Tracie when she was around
Trying to make up a song about the this years ToD that fit to the lyrics of Hollaback Girl
Watching Anime with Eric
Quoting Simpsons with Hannah
Learning Mao from Rachel
Looking for a tote of whistles with Ashlee
Going home with Britta
Discussing Tournament of Doom with Stoney, Scott, and the rest of the council
Two stepping with Kirsten
I suppose that list is sufficient for now. If you're a UBer and you read my blog feel free to tell me what I forgot about or what you miss. I'm not saying this is a complete list by any means but I'm getting pretty tired so I'm going to take off for now.
