Day 30, Not 36 hours after...
Not 36 hours after I got back into Decorah I was a nervous wreck. I actually had a mini-panic attack right before bed. Today I cried for a while. It has been so weird.
I think what's really going on is that my body is angry that I'm so stressed out and that is affecting my depression some. My friend Dave and I are hopeful that getting some more sleep will solve the problem, so that's what I'm shooting for.
That said it is almost my new bed time, so I will sign off here. Sorry for such downer news, but that's what's going on right now.
