He made sure to appear in an out-of-the-way location, but when he did spot the Doctor... he waited, and just watched for a while. He was pacing, fidgeting, running his hand through his hair and looking about... there was something strangely touching about that. The Doctor waiting for him. He took it in, wanting to savor and remember it.
Finally the Master ambled over to him and smiled, perhaps a little bigger than he may have meant to.
"Hope I didn't keep you waiting too long."

"Not really. Well, not unless you count about five hours as waiting too long...?"

"Five hours?! You... actually waited that long?"
[He can't help but smirk at this a little.]
"Omega, did you not have anything better to do?"

"Yes, and no, not really. A pit stop seemed as good as anything, and if I'm honest..."
[Okay, rubbing the back of his head here. Slightly]
"Well, no. Nothing to do. Didn't really have anything in mind."
