At the very start I had a feeling of affinity with this series. Jotoku's baseball club sort of mirrors my alma mater's basketball club (UP Maroons), both taking pride in academic accomplishments but sorely failing in the sport that they want to excel in. It has been ages (again) since I've posted anything here. Marathoned (just made the word up) the last 5 eps of Yakou Kanransha today. It goes without saying that it was a tear fest!
