Ianto looked down at his hands, keeping his voice conversational, simply playing Gwen’s stupid game.
His heart pounded in his chest.
Did they know? What would they think if they did?
Although they hadn’t forgiven him for what he did, and Ianto doubted they ever would, the only saving grace was that he did it for love.
On some level, everyone could understand that.
His last kiss was with Jack.
Ianto concentrated on keeping his voice level, hoping they didn’t notice the sweat beading on his brow despite the cold weather.
“It was Lisa.”
