Oh Ianto. He really would do anythng for Lisa, but he doesn't know how much he'll enjoy it. If he thinks he feels guilty now, it's nothing to how he's going to feel once he gets involved with Jack.

Yeah, prostituting himself with Jack isn't really much of a hardship, lol.
But the guilt is already eating at him and he hasn't even started yet.
