Gwen blushed lightly, “Oh that was Jack. He’s my boss.”
“Your boss? You seemed rather friendly.” Rhys said. “Do you fancy him?” he came right out and asked. There was no denying the man was bloody gorgeous and there was definitely some chemistry between him and Gwen.
“God no!” Gwen shook her head vigorously.
Rhys couldn’t help but notice that she let her hair fall across her face, hiding her eyes behind its curtain before saying “I don’t think of Jack like that. I only have eyes for you.”
