After gathering all that he could from his phone, Yazoo made his way into the nearby castle. Contrary to what some might think, the Remnant was simply looking for a means of transportation...at first. However, as soon as he saw the abundance of texts and other relics, he couldn't stop himself from poking around curiously.
One text in particular caught his eye and he perched on an rickety chair, flipping through the pages. An hour or so later, Yazoo felt as if he had a good grasp of this new continent. But, just in case, the Remnant ripped out the map he found in the center of the book for safe-keeping. His Brothers might want to see it for themselves, after all.
Yet, even with his new knowledge, he had no way of traveling over the continent. It looked like he had no choice but to walk unless he decided to board a ship. But, first, he needed to decide his destination.
Where are you, Big Brother?
Flipping open his phone, he smiled faintly. This shouldn't be too difficult. Big Brother had a big heart: something Yazoo couldn't understand. But faking a big heart wasn't that hard. Maybe Big Brother would respond to him better if he did that.
Once the phone began to ring, he cooled his heels, grimacing at the natural scenery around him. Oh how he detested plant-life growing wild. Even the air here was too...clean. It wasn't right. Yazoo felt his skin crawl knowing things like flowers existed in this place so abundantly.
He would change that soon if he got his way.
Narrowing his eyes, the Remnant crushed a delicate bloom beneath his foot. There. That was better.
