(
Stuck in the house with two sulking kids. )
The day had been bright and quiet, and with a bit of her own decision, Aerith had left her own home-- it seemed like home, for sure-- and headed to see if anyone else was home nearby. She lifted her hand toward the knocking loudly enough to be heard in the house but not so much to be annoying.

"Aerith! It's great to see you again."
It wasn't quite the shocked reaction she'd had the first time meeting Aerith in person. Tifa had grown used to seeing Aerith alive and well since then. But still, it always gave her heart a pang. She wondered if this Aerith knew what had happened to her...

Tifa opened the door, gesturing for Aerith to step through. Even if she had been busy, she would have dropped it all for Aerith anyway. This was the first time Tifa had seen her friend in person since she had reappeared.
"Do you want to come sit in the garden?" Tifa asked. "It's really nice out."
Reply
"You planted a garden? I'd love to see it."

She walked over to sit in the same chair she'd been relaxing in before. If Aerith looked, she might notice a ginger and black kitten trying to catch a butterfly out on the lawn.

Aerith moved ahead of the chairs, going out to inspect the flora and how well Tifa and Cloud had been upkeeping it. It was relaxing and refreshing to see life flowing so freely from the grounds. She turned in the direction of the kitten, giggling a little at its antics.
"You really have settled down here, haven't you? It's nice Tifa. Comfortable."

"Did you say Zidane?" she asked. "The king of Alexandria?"

She stretched out a bit in the seat before leaning over the arm rest, getting closer to Tifa in the process, as if she were about to ask a secret. Which, in a way, she was.
"So, does this mean you and Cloud...?"

Aerith's next question distracted her from thinking too much about it though. Tifa blushed slightly, but couldn't help smiling. "...Yes."
And she held up her hand to reveal a sparkling engagement ring.

Instead of teasing Tifa, as she would have normally done, or bringing up any sense of competition, Aerith reached forward to take a hold of her hand and inspect the ring, a widely bright smile flashing over her face as she looked at it.
"Tifa, it's beautiful! Congratulations to both of you." her hands clasped around Tifa's excitedly, face flowing upward to glance into her friends slightly flushed and smiling face. "You're going to let me do the flowers for the wedding, right?"

Tifa was very happy that Aerith had offered though. They had been occupied with so many other things that she'd simply not had time to plan anything herself - and it didn't help that she could never be sure whether anyone might vanish at any moment.

She nodded. "I'd like that. And we haven't picked an exact date yet... We were thinking some time in the winter."
That was about as far as they'd got. With Cloud mute, dragons attacking and people disappearing, they hadn't had much time to sit down and plan a wedding. Not to mention, Tifa had been reluctant to set a date anyway, still clinging on to the hope that they would all find a way home soon.
